SUBJECT OF THE CALL FOR CELEBRATION:
The next application deadline for the Norwegian Foundation MFMC call for co-financing communication projects that contribute to reducing anthropogenic climate change has been announced. Applications are being accepted in this round until April 10, 2025.
They support communication projects with a high potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, namely by influencing public opinion and increasing support from policymakers for the necessary changes. You can apply for larger (valued from 20,000 euros to 200,000 euros) or smaller (valued up to 10,000 euros) projects.
There are no geographical restrictions, but they support new projects and do not provide additional funding for ongoing projects. They also do not support projects that have an impact only on the local environment, or projects that are primarily focused on informing the general public.

They are co-funding transdisciplinary projects that will contribute to the visibility of the impact of climate change on human physical and mental health (with an emphasis on those that cannot be traced in the media and/or are underrepresented in public discourse) and to the implementation of policies and measures to prevent and reduce the impacts of these changes on health (with an emphasis on projects/results that can be replicated in different settings). They will support transdisciplinary research carried out in collaboration with communities and social actors, with a high impact for achieving change.

The Open Society Institute – Sofia has launched a public call for co-financing projects that strengthen media resilience and promote quality journalism in the following five countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary and Slovenia.
The aim of the call is to support independent media in implementing initiatives aimed at: increasing their financial resilience; addressing emerging technological challenges affecting their work; promoting the development of quality journalism; countering the influence of populism and propaganda; and raising awareness among social groups vulnerable to disinformation.

The Council of Europe Youth Department invites European youth NGOs, networks and other non-governmental structures in the field of youth work, operating in accordance with the principles of the Council of Europe, to submit applications for activities to be carried out in cooperation with the European Youth Centres in Strasbourg and Budapest (study meetings, first semester 2026).
The study meetings are organised in cooperation with youth organisations and networks and the Council of Europe Youth Department, hosted by one of the European Youth Centres. The aim is to support youth events with international participation, lasting from 4 to 8 days with the participation of members of youth organisations or youth networks and experts. The topics of the meetings should be linked to the priorities of the youth sector for the period 2024-2027.

The PartArt4OW (Participatory Art for Society Engagement with Ocean and Water) consortium has launched a call for proposals for co-financing participatory art initiatives.
They will co-finance interdisciplinary projects at the intersection of art, science and participatory practices that will:
• contribute to greater citizen literacy about the oceans
• raise awareness of the challenges and pressures facing oceans and inland waters, and
• mobilize citizens and other key stakeholders for the protection and restoration of oceans and inland waters.
Selected projects will receive up to €50,000 in funding and will participate in a six-month accelerator program that includes mentoring, training and networking opportunities.

SUBJECT OF THE CALL FOR CALL:
The Center for Creativity announces that EIT Culture & Creativity has published a call for co-financing of short innovation projects 2025, within which they support high-impact initiatives to solve pressing challenges in the cultural and creative sectors and industries (CCIs).
The call focuses on fast-paced and result-oriented innovation projects, the aim of which is to develop concrete and market-ready solutions in a short period of time. Special emphasis is placed on fashion, architecture, cultural heritage, audiovisual media and gaming.
The call has two lots:
• Individual applicants: EUR 595,000 is available for this lot, an individual applicant can obtain up to EUR 59,500, up to 70% of eligible costs are co-financed. Application deadline: 11 March 2025.
• Consortia: EUR 2,640,000 is available for this lot, a consortium can receive up to EUR 120,000, co-financing of up to 70% of eligible costs. Application deadline: 11 April 2025.

The Creativity Centre announces that EIT Culture & Creativity has launched a call for proposals for the Innovation Programme 2025, aimed at supporting top-notch projects that address key challenges in the cultural and creative sectors and industries (CCIs).
The aim of this call is to stimulate breakthrough innovations in the fields of fashion, architecture, cultural heritage, audiovisual media and gaming, helping stakeholders to address the challenges of globalisation, digital transformation, new technologies (such as artificial intelligence) and environmental sustainability.

The European Commission's Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers has launched a call for proposals under the Justice Programme for the conclusion of a three-year framework partnership agreement with EU-level NGO networks (operating in at least fourteen European countries!) active in the field of judicial cooperation in civil and criminal matters and/or access to justice.
13 to 17 framework partnership agreements will be signed.
