SUBJECT OF THE CALL:

The European Commission's Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion has launched a call for proposals under the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and its strand for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI) for co-financing projects in the field of labour mobility.

The call supports projects that contribute to the implementation and enforcement of EU rules on posted workers and strengthen cooperation between Member States.

Supported activities include:

• cooperation between public authorities and social partners, including exchange of practices, training and joint reviews,

• development and improvement of access to information on working conditions and rules for posted workers,

• research activities, data collection and analysis on posted workers and their working conditions.

Globalna Evropa: Razpis za sklenitev okvirnih partnerskih sporazumov za podporo volilnim in političnim procesom

 

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:

A call for proposals is being launched under the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument - Global Europe for the establishment of thematic financial framework partnerships to support electoral and political processes.

The call is intended to select up to five organisations with global reach and experience in democracy support, with whom the European Commission will conclude four-year framework partnership agreements. The partnerships will support the strengthening of inclusive, transparent and credible electoral and political processes in partner countries.

Activities will be supported in the following areas:

• electoral management, legal frameworks and institutions,

• participation, civil society and prevention of election-related violence,

• political parties, parliaments and democratic institutions,

• election oversight, accountability and observation,

• media, information integrity and the digital environment,

• political transitions and strengthening democratic resilience.

Partnerships must cover a global scope and include activities on at least two continents.

 

CALL FOR: European Commission

CALL VALUE: For future calls exclusively for organisations selected under these partnerships, an indicative budget of EUR 28 million is currently foreseen.

FUNDING AMOUNTS AND SHARES:

Projects worth between 1.000.000,00 EUR and 5.000.000,00 EUR are expected to be available under future specific calls for SEPP partners.

The EU will finance between 50% and 100% of the eligible project costs.

The EACEA - Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency has published a public call for co-financing of the action "Town Twinning" for 2026 under the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values ​​(CERV) programme.

The aim of this action is to support projects in which a diverse group of citizens from twinned towns come together around themes that are in line with the objectives of the programme. They support projects that:

• promote active citizenship and democratic participation at local level,

• raise awareness of EU values, fundamental rights and democratic standards,

The European Commission's Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs (DG HOME) has launched a call for proposals under the Internal Security Fund (ISF) to co-finance international projects in the field of the fight against organised crime, drug trafficking and human trafficking.

Organised crime and drug trafficking  - under this strand, projects are supported that:

o improve intelligence and analytical capacities to identify criminal networks,

o strengthen cross-border investigations and law enforcement cooperation,

o develop financial investigations and the tracking of illicit financial flows,

o support crime prevention and the prevention of organised crime infiltration into the legal economy,

o strengthen capacities to combat drug production and trafficking,

o improve preparedness for drug-related security threats.

Trafficking in human beings - under this block, projects are supported that:

o improve the detection and identification of victims of trafficking in human beings, including in the online environment,

o improve the protection of victims and their referral to support services,

o increase the efficiency of criminal proceedings,

o implement awareness-raising and prevention activities on trafficking in human beings.

SPARK NS: Poziv za razvoj terapevtskih rešitev za avtizem in Parkinsonovo bolezen

 

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:

SPARK NS has announced a call for applications for a two-year program to develop research-based therapeutic solutions for autism, Parkinson's disease and related disorders. The program supports projects aimed at developing new therapies and diagnostic approaches, if these are directly related to the proposed therapy.

The program includes funding based on achieved milestones, expert support from industry experts, education in the field of drug development and entrepreneurship, and support for further development of projects after the completion of the program.

Hevolution Foundation Scientific Conferences Fund: Podpora znanstvenim konferencam o staranju

 

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:

The Hevolution Foundation supports the organization of scientific conferences and meetings that contribute to the development of research in the field of aging biology and gerontology and to the understanding of aging processes and the extension of healthy lifespan.

Conferences and meetings that include presentations of scientific research, discussion of new scientific findings, and networking of researchers working in the field of aging can be supported.

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:

The British Wellcome Trust has launched a public call for co-funding of research projects on the use of physical activity and circadian rhythm interventions to reduce anxiety and depression in young people.

The call supports research projects that build on existing evidence on the mechanisms of action of interventions and develop more effective and targeted early prevention approaches for young people between the ages of 10 and 18. Research on interventions related to physical activity, sleep, light, circadian rhythms and related behavioral approaches that have the potential to be used more widely in practice will be supported.

CALL VALUE: Five to ten projects worth between £1 and £4 million per project will be supported.

PROJECT DURATION: 3-4 years

ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS:

The call is open to researchers working within higher education and research institutions, non-academic healthcare organizations, and non-profit and non-governmental organizations. SUBJECT OF THE CALL:

Under the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument Global Europe, a call for co-financing of projects in Chile that contribute to an inclusive green and digital transition, sustainable management of natural resources and strengthening the role of civil society in policy-making, investment oversight and protection of human rights is being launched.

The call has two strands:

• Strand 1 – Human Rights and Democracy: supports projects focused on human rights, a just green and digital transition, the protection of vulnerable groups, transparency and responsible business conduct.

• Strand 2 – Civil Society Organisations: supports projects to strengthen the strategic role of civil society organisations in dialogue, advocacy, investment oversight and cooperation in the governance of the green and digital transition.

TRAILS4SOIL: Javni razpis za kmete za izvajanje regenerativnih in ohranitvenih praks kmetovanja 

 

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:

The TRAILS4SOIL project is launching a call for proposals for the selection of an additional 49 pilot sites within five European Living Labs. The project supports the implementation of Regenerative and Conservation Agriculture (ReCAP) practices to improve soil health, farm resilience and biodiversity.

51 farms have already been pre-selected during the project proposal preparation phase. This call for proposals aims to select an additional 49 pilot sites within the TRAILS4SOIL Living Labs, following the application and selection process set out in this call for proposals. The selected farmers, who will act as final recipients under the Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) mechanism, will receive €5,000 per season for three growing seasons. They will also receive expert support to improve soil health and resilience, join a local and European network for the exchange of experiences and contribute to the shaping of future agricultural policies.

The Slovenian National Living Laboratory (LL5) focuses on conservation agriculture by integrating livestock farming into crop production to improve soil health.

ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS:

Farms from the TRAILS4SOIL project countries: Spain, Portugal, Germany, Slovenia, Austria, Switzerland, Moldova, Romania and Ukraine can apply for the call.

 

Applicants must:

• provide at least 1 hectare of land for implementing ReCAP practices,

• be legally entitled to manage the land,

• submit a maximum of one application,

• declare that there is no conflict of interest.

GUARDIANS: Test-Before-Invest odprti razpis za testiranje digitalnih rešitev na kmetijah

 

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:

The GUARDIANS (Smart solutions to empower small- and medium-sized farms as guardians of the territory) consortium has launched a public call for applications for up to nine farms to test and validate digital and ICT solutions developed under the GUARDIANS project or the previous Co-Creation open call.

The GUARDIANS project supports the implementation of affordable digital solutions for small and medium-sized farms with the aim of increasing sustainability, resilience and agroecological approaches, such as regenerative agriculture, grazing management and pollinator promotion.

 

Supported activities include:

• testing and use of digital solutions in real-world conditions,

• installation and use of technologies,

• data collection,

• participation in training and workshops,

• preparation of feedback on the usability and effects of technologies.

 

The selected farms will participate in a three-month pilot implementation of the selected technology with the support of technology providers.

 

CALL FOR: GUARDIANS Project Consortium

CALL VALUE: 90.000,00 EUR

FUNDING AMOUNTS AND SHARES: Selected farms may receive up to EUR 10,000 in lump sum funding to carry out a three-month pilot testing of the technology. The funding covers 100% of eligible costs.
