The European Commission's Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers has launched a call for proposals under the Internal Security Fund (ISF) to co-finance international projects in the field of anti-corruption for 2026.
The call supports projects in the following areas:
• strengthening the cross-border and European response to corruption and the implementation of EU recommendations in the field of corruption prevention,

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The European Commission's Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion has launched a call for proposals under the Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI) programme for co-financing two consortia in the field of inclusive entrepreneurship.
The call supports the development and testing of incubation models and financial mechanisms tailored to new and prospective entrepreneurs from groups underrepresented in entrepreneurship.
The priorities of the call include:
• developing or adapting incubation programmes for underrepresented entrepreneurs,
• improving access to finance through cooperation with microfinance organisations, social investors and other financial mechanisms,
• establishing integrated support pathways linking incubation, financing and long-term business support,
• strengthening cooperation between incubators, financial intermediaries, social economy organisations, employment services and research institutions.

The call is open to legal entities governed by public and private law from EU Member States and other countries associated with the ESF+ programme. The consortium must include at least one incubator network and one network of finance providers and be established in at least 14 eligible countries. SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The German Federal Office for Nature Conservation has published a call for proposals for a project to support the German Presidency of the Alpine Convention 2027-2028 in the field of nature restoration as part of the implementation of the Alpine Biodiversity Action Plan, which will be adopted on 21 January 2027 at the XIX Alpine Conference.
The selected contractor will, among other things:
• prepare an overview of the state of nature restoration planning in the Alpine countries and analyse national nature restoration plans, strategies and spatial data,
• prepare a report on gaps, synergies and financing options for nature restoration measures in the Alps,
• organise an international workshop for stakeholders in the field of nature restoration in the Alpine region,
• prepare in-depth analyses for two priority Alpine ecosystems (e.g. rivers, wetlands, grasslands or forests), including recommendations for coordinated restoration planning and identification of cross-border priority areas,
• conduct an online expert workshop for representatives of countries, research institutions and other stakeholders,
• prepare a final publication for the Alpine Conference 2028 and a publication in the BfN-Schriften collection,
• carry out communication activities, prepare summaries for individual Alpine countries and organise a closing event.
The project will cover the entire Alpine arc, therefore the involvement of partners from the entire Alpine area is important, the MNVP also announced.

C4B: Preizkus krožnih biogospodarskih poslovnih modelov v kmetijskih in gozdarskih vrednostnih verigah
SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The C4B Consortium (Circular Bio-Based Business models to create high-value Bio-based products in integrated value chains) has published a public call for co-financing of pilot projects that will test the applicability, scalability and transferability of circular bioeconomy business models in different business and geographical environments.
Pilot projects will be supported that are based on previously developed C4B business models and include:
• adaptation of the selected business model to a specific business case,
• assessment of the feasibility of the business model from the perspective of technology, economics, governance, fair distribution of benefits and environmental, economic and social impacts.
Projects must address one or more of the following value chains:
• forestry (processing of wood by-products into biocarbon, aromatic compounds or pyrolysis oil),
• agriculture and food industry (processing of residues of cereals, potatoes, apples, grapes and other agricultural raw materials into bio-based chemicals, biochar, polyphenols and other products),
• wetlands and peatlands (processing of biomass from wetlands into bio-based chemicals, lignin and biochar).
In addition to financial support, selected projects will also receive expert support, mentoring, training and networking activities from the C4B consortium.

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
Within the framework of the Open Rivers programme, which aims to protect and restore free-flowing rivers in Europe, a new round of applications for the public call for proposals is open for co-financing projects for the removal of dams and the restoration of river flow and biodiversity.
The programme supports projects for the removal of small artificial barriers on rivers (dams, weirs, locks, culverts and other obstacles) with the aim of restoring free-flowing rivers and improving their ecological status.

EIT Urban Mobility: Izobraževalni projekti na področju trajnostne urbane mobilnost
SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The EITUM-BP26-28 consortium has published a public call for co-financing of educational and competence-building activities in the field of sustainable urban mobility in the countries included in the EIT Regional Innovation Scheme (RIS). The call contributes to reducing the knowledge gap and strengthens competences in the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship and urban mobility.
Projects will be supported within five strands:
• RISE1 – Strengthening innovation and entrepreneurial competences, including training for researchers, professors, trainers, civil servants, start-ups and young people;
• RISE2 – educational and competence-building programmes in the field of urban mobility, based on the needs of local environments and including technical, social and regulatory aspects of mobility;
• RISE3 – Organisation of winter and summer schools aimed at undergraduate students or young people between the ages of 12 and 19;
• RISE4 – Upgrading and expanding existing local, regional or national educational initiatives to reach a wider audience;
• RISE5 – Networking of educational stakeholders working in the field of innovation, entrepreneurship and urban mobility.

• open up new research areas or directions for the development of science,

• Strand 1: Human rights and democracy. Projects will be supported that contribute to:
the protection and empowerment of individuals,

• Strand 2: Civil society organisations. Projects will be supported for:
o strengthening the capacity of civil society organisations and their role in good governance and sustainable development,

Under the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument - Global Europe, a call for co-financing of projects that contribute to effective civil society advocacy, the protection of human rights, the strengthening of democratic governance and the promotion of inclusive development in Namibia is being launched.
The call is divided into two strands:
• Strand 1: Civil Society. Projects are supported that:
o strengthen cooperation and networking of civil society organisations into coalitions for joint advocacy;
o improve the legal, policy and operational environment for civil society to operate;
o promote access to information, public dialogue and citizen participation in policy-making;
o develop innovative approaches and digital tools for greater citizen participation, transparency and accountability of institutions. All projects must contribute to all four priority areas.
• Strand 2: Human Rights. They support projects that:
o strengthen the cooperation of civil society organizations and human rights defenders in the protection of marginalized groups, in particular indigenous peoples and groups facing discrimination and exclusion;

A call for proposals is being launched under the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument - Global Europe for co-financing one project that will contribute to the protection and promotion of peace, human rights and democratic governance in East Timor.
A special emphasis is placed on strengthening the role of young people in the social, political and economic life of the community, developing their capacities to contribute to an inclusive and democratic society and promoting young people as agents of sustainable development and social change.

RIZA: Sofinanciranje projektov za spodbujanje pravic ter vključevanja migrantk in begunskih žensk 2026
CALL SUBJECT:
The RIZA consortium: Building European Democracy with Women of Migrant Descent has launched its second call for co-financing projects in the field of promoting the rights and inclusion of migrant women.
Priority topics of the call:
• Support and strengthening the capacities of migrant and refugee women,
• Advocacy for the fundamental rights of migrant and refugee women,
• Promoting the role of migrant and refugee women in democratic dialogue, social cohesion and intercultural solidarity.
This is the second of three calls (a call will follow in 2027). Each call cycle has a specific regional focus. The second cycle (2026) focuses on the Southern Mediterranean region, but co-financing is open to organisations established in any EU Member State.
Interested organizations can apply for:
• grants for micro organizations (17.778,00 EUR), small organizations (32.778,00 EUR) or medium-sized organizations (60.000,00 EUR), depending on their size and scope of operations,
• participation in a structured 10-month capacity building program,
• access to a community of organizations with similar fields of activity and expert mentoring.
There are two deadlines in 2026: 31 July 2026 and 31 October 2026.

A call for proposals is being launched under the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument - Global Europe for co-financing projects that contribute to the economic and social empowerment of women in Morocco by promoting a cultural and social environment that supports gender equality.
The call has three strands:
• Strand 1: Eliminating stereotypes and discrimination - supporting projects that reduce stereotypes, discrimination and socio-cultural norms that limit the participation and empowerment of women and girls.
• Strand 2: Economic and social empowerment of women - supporting projects that strengthen the economic and social inclusion of women and girls, especially vulnerable groups, through advocacy, improving public policies and social mobilization.
• Lot 3: Sport as a tool for equality and inclusion - supports projects that improve women's and girls' access to sporting activities, remove barriers to their participation in sport and promote sport as a means of gender equality, leadership and social inclusion.

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The European Commission's Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology has published a call for co-financing of one project aimed at analysing the state of preservation and access to cultural heritage created in digital form in the European Union and preparing recommendations and a roadmap for its more effective long-term protection.
The project must:
• assess which parts of cultural heritage created in digital form are currently preserved in Europe and which are most at risk;
• analyse the European and national legislative, regulatory and policy frameworks that affect its preservation and accessibility;
• examine the technical, organisational, financial and other factors that influence preservation practices;
• prepare recommendations and a plan of measures to improve the preservation of and access to this content in Europe;
• carry out awareness-raising activities and organise a closing event for relevant stakeholders.

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The European Commission's Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion has launched a public call for co-financing projects in the field of social economy and sustainable tourism.
The call supports the development and testing of sustainable tourism models on European hiking and other long-distance tourist routes, based on the principles of the social economy and the participation of local communities.
The aim of the call is to promote social, economic and territorial development, in particular in rural areas, by involving local communities, social enterprises, local authorities and tourism organisations in the joint management of tourist routes. The call supports projects that develop and test community-based models of sustainable tourism and develop solutions that can be transferred to other European regions.

CALL VALUE: 1.500.000,00 EUR available. The Commission will support one or two projects worth around 750.000,00 EUR co-financing up to 85% of eligible costs.

ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS:
Public and private legal entities from EU Member States are eligible to apply. The consortium must include organisations from at least two eligible countries. The lead applicant must be:
• an organisation or association managing a long-distance tourist route,
• a social economy organisation or network,
• a local authority or
• an organisation responsible for tourism in the region concerned.
In each participating country, the consortium must include at least one social economy organisation and one local authority or tourism organisation, or an organisation managing a tourist route and linking local authorities and social economy organisations. Consortia may also include chambers of commerce, tourism businesses, environmental organisations and consumer organisations.
