Partnerstvo za surovinskih materialov – RAMP 2026 skupni transnacionalni razpis
SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The European Raw Materials Partnership (RAMP) is launching the first joint international call for research and innovation projects across the entire raw materials value chain.
The call supports projects that contribute to the development of sustainable and resilient systems for the green and digital transitions and improve access to raw materials while promoting a circular economy, sustainability and reducing environmental and social impacts.
Projects must focus on one of the following topics:
• ensuring a resilient supply of raw materials from primary sources,
• more efficient use of secondary raw materials,
• efficient use of raw materials in design and production,
• removing technological barriers to the circular economy,
• implementing circular economy solutions,
• innovative approaches to analysing raw materials value chains.
Interdisciplinary projects that connect different parts of the value chain, involve stakeholders and take into account the principles of open science, gender equality, diversity, social acceptability and the Safe and Sustainable by Design approach are encouraged.
Pre-application: 22. 9. 2026 until 15:00 (CEST). Only consortia invited to the second phase can submit the final application, namely until 15. 2. 2027 until 15:00 (CET).
CALL FOR: RAMP – European Raw Materials Partnership under the Horizon Europe programme
CALL VALUE: The total indicative value of the call is almost EUR 40 million, provided by 37 national and regional funders from 25 countries.
FUNDING AMOUNTS AND SHARES: The amount of funds for individual partners is not uniformly determined. Each partner receives funds directly from its national or regional funder in accordance with national or regional funding rules. Detailed funding conditions are set out in the call documentation of the individual funder.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: 22. 9. 2026
ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS:
The call is open to international consortia consisting of at least three partners from at least three participating countries, of which at least two must be EU Member States or countries associated with Horizon Europe.
The following can participate in consortia:
• universities and higher education institutions,
• public and private research organisations,
• small, medium and large enterprises,
• consultancy organisations,
• municipalities, public authorities,
• non-governmental organisations,
• stakeholder associations,
• foundations.
Organisations that are not eligible for funding from their national funder can participate as partners with their own funding.

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The EIT Urban Mobility consortium has opened a new round of applications for a public call for financial support to start-ups developing innovative market solutions in the field of urban mobility.
They support projects that contribute to the development of sustainable, inclusive and efficient urban mobility and address challenges such as reducing emissions, improving accessibility, safety and efficiency of transport systems.
The call focuses on the following areas:
• urban logistics solutions and the last mile
• public transport and multimodal solutions
• mobility data management and the use of artificial intelligence
• electrification of transport and alternative fuels
• health and mobility
The call is intended to support companies in the pre-seed, seed and Series A stages that are already included in the investment round of raising capital.
In the period 2026 - 2028, 14.000.000,00 EUR are available, which will be distributed within four application deadlines. Deadlines 1 and 2 have already expired, with two more openings to follow: August and November 2026.

CALL SUBJECT:
The European Commission has launched a call for proposals to support civil society organisations contributing to good governance, inclusive development, climate action and sustainable value chains in India.
The call is divided into two lots:
• Lot 1: Projects that strengthen civil society engagement in the EU-India policy dialogue in the areas of clean energy, climate, circular economy, resource efficiency, water, sustainable urbanisation and digitalisation will be supported. Projects may also include the inclusion of women, youth and other vulnerable groups, participatory governance, data-driven advocacy and monitoring of the Global Gateway initiative.
• Lot 2: Projects in North-East India that promote green economic growth, sustainable value chains, local entrepreneurship, climate resilience, ecosystem protection, participatory governance and civil society engagement with European businesses and investors will be supported.

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
Under the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument - Global Europe, a call is being launched to support cooperation between European and Chinese think tanks, research institutions and academic institutions in the field of green and blue governance.
Projects will be supported that:
• establish regular expert exchanges and dialogue between European and Chinese research institutions;
• connect policymakers with European and Chinese experts;
• produce joint analyses, expert opinions, research and recommendations;
• address climate, environment, energy, circular economy, water, biodiversity, forests, oceans and fisheries;
• contribute to a better understanding of EU positions in China and to identifying differences in perceptions of green and blue policies.

Fundacija Halton: Razpis za sofinanciranje raziskav na temo kakovosti zraka v zaprtih prostorih
SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The Halton Foundation has announced a new deadline for applications for the call, within which non-profit organizations can obtain up to 30.000,00 USD of funds for one-year projects or research on the topic of indoor air quality.
They co-finance research focused on the impact of indoor air quality on human well-being, the impact of particulate air pollution on health, and diseases that can be a result of poor indoor air quality.

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
A call for proposals has been launched under the Horizon Europe programme to establish a European network of incubators for health innovation, which will connect public and private incubators and provide support to start-ups in the early stages of development.
The project must establish a sustainable European network of incubators that will:
• connect incubators, industry, research organisations, investors and regulators,
• provide mentoring, access to infrastructure, business development and regulatory support,
• implement open calls for financial support for start-ups,
• promote cooperation with other European funding programmes,
• develop a long-term operating model for the network even after the end of funding.

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The European Alliance for Rare Diseases Research (ERDERA) has published a call for co-financing of multinational phase I, I/II or II clinical trials in the field of rare diseases. Projects that address severe or life-threatening diseases with unmet medical needs and involve drug testing will be supported.
Priority will be given to projects in the field of pediatric rare diseases, rapidly progressive diseases and diseases without approved or sufficiently effective treatments. Research on new and repurposed medicines, biological medicines and advanced therapy medicines is eligible.
The call does not support non-clinical research, phase III and IV clinical trials, research on medical devices, rare cancers, rare infectious diseases and non-interventional studies.

The Urban Prosumers project, funded by Horizon Europe, is launching a public call for proposals to support local projects and experiments that contribute to the development of sustainable solutions in the areas of mobility, energy and food in the Tampere region of Finland.
Projects that contribute to one or more of the following outcomes will be supported:
• development of practices, services or models in the area of sustainable mobility, energy or food,

The European Crafts Federation has published a call for proposals for the preparation of a European survey on rare and endangered crafts and professions within the framework of the CraftsNet project.
The survey must analyse the situation in European crafts, identify the main factors of threat and present options for the preservation, transfer and further development of skills. It must include an overview of rare and endangered crafts, educational pathways, methods of knowledge transfer, support mechanisms and examples of good practices.
The selected contractor must prepare a final report in English of at least 40 pages, a summary with recommendations and present the findings at a public webinar.

European Heritage Hub: Podpora manjšim projektom kulturne dediščine v državah kandidatkah in sosednjih državah EU
SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The European Heritage Hub has launched a call for support for projects in the field of cultural heritage led by civil society organisations from EU candidate countries and other neighbouring countries.
Projects will be supported that contribute to strengthening civil society capacity, integrating cultural heritage into the green, digital and social transitions, promoting democracy, the rule of law and fundamental rights, and building peace and stability through intercultural and interfaith dialogue and reconciliation.
The call is divided into three regional clusters:
• Western Balkans: projects in the fields of reconciliation, regional cooperation, shared history and memory, cross-border cultural heritage, local community activities and strengthening civil society organisations.
• Caucasus: projects for the protection of endangered heritage, risk preparedness, documentation of cultural heritage, intercultural dialogue, regional cooperation and strengthening local knowledge and skills.
• Ukraine and Moldova: projects for emergency response, restoration and resilience of the cultural heritage sector, documentation, digital preparedness, strengthening organisations and community engagement.
Eligible activities include the preparation of contingency plans in cultural heritage sites and museums, documentation of archaeological sites and cultural heritage, restoration camps and practical training, cross-border cooperation, transfer of traditional knowledge, capacity building, expert support and advocacy activities for the protection of endangered cultural heritage.

ALF in Motion: podpora mobilnostim za medkulturni dialog v evro-sredozemski regiji
SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The Anna Lindh Foundation has launched the ALF in Motion call for support for mobilities, in which civil society organizations host a representative of a partner organization from the other shore of the Mediterranean. The mobilities must take place in the country of the host organization and contribute to intercultural dialogue.
The call includes four types of mobility:
• Partnership mobility: intended for the joint development of project proposals for applications to national or international funders. The mobility must last at least seven days, excluding travel days.
• Activity mobility: intended for the inclusion of an international expert in events, workshops, discussions, training and other activities of the host organization. The mobility must last at least two days, excluding travel days.
• Creativity mobility: intended for hosting artists and other creators who participate in the preparation and implementation of cultural or creative initiatives in the field of intercultural dialogue. The mobility must last at least 20 days, excluding travel days.
• Knowledge mobility: intended for cooperation between civil society organisations and specialised organisations, research centres, think tanks or universities in the development of joint methodologies, analyses or other content in the field of intercultural dialogue. The mobility must last at least seven days, excluding travel days.
Priority themes are the pillars of the Pact for the Mediterranean, peacebuilding and conflict resolution, coexistence, inclusive approaches and the fight against disinformation and misinformation.

A legal entity registered in one of the 43 countries of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership can apply for the call. The applicant acts as a host organization and must invite one representative of the organization from a country on the other shore of the Mediterranean.
Slovenia is classified as a country on the northern shore, therefore the Slovenian organization must host a representative of an organization from Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Mauritania, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia or Turkey.
Priority in the selection process is given to members of the Anna Lindh Foundation network and organizations that did not receive support in previous ALF and Motion calls in 2024, 2025 or 2026.

Alliance for Gender Equality in Europe: Krepitev sodelovanja, solidarnosti in skupnega delovanja evropskih gibanj za enakost spolov
SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The Alliance for Gender Equality in Europe has launched a call for proposals to support cooperation and solidarity within European cross-cutting and locally rooted gender equality movements.
Joint projects will be supported that contribute to:
• strengthening community organizing at local or national level,
• connecting feminist organizations across Europe,
• cooperation between gender equality movements and other social justice movements,
• increasing the visibility of voices supporting gender equality,
• involving feminist and other gender equality organizations in public policy debates.
Support may be provided for joint strategies and campaigns, cross-border advocacy, knowledge exchange, communication training, coalition building, and the use of research on gender equality opposition in planning joint activities.
The projects will last three years, from January 2027 to December 2029.
CALLING BY: Alliance for Gender Equality in Europe
CALL VALUE: 2.700.000,00 EUR.
Support is expected for six to twelve coalitions.
FUNDING AMOUNTS AND SHARES:
A coalition can receive from 225.000,00 EUR to 450.000,00 EUR for a three-year period, or from 75.000,00 EUR to 150.000,00 EUR per year.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: 07.08.2026
ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS:
Coalitions of at least three legally registered non-profit organizations can apply. Eligible organizations include NGOs, social enterprises, and national and regional funds.
All participating organisations must be based and operating in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia or Serbia.
Preference will be given to small and medium-sized locally based organisations working with marginalised women, transgender, non-binary and gender non-conforming people. Organisations from Slovenia may have an annual budget of up to 300.000,00 EUR. This limit does not apply to networks and intermediary organisations, but they must apply together with small or medium-sized local organisations.
Organisations must use community-led, inclusive and cross-cutting approaches. Each organisation may only participate in one application, either as a lead partner or as a partner.

A public call for proposals is hereby published under the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument (Global Europe) for co-financing projects that contribute to the promotion and protection of human rights, fundamental freedoms, democracy and the rule of law in Mongolia.
Priority will be given to projects that contribute to:
• monitoring, preventing and responding to human rights violations,
• strengthening the capacity of civil society organizations to advocate, raise awareness and eliminate discriminatory laws, policies and practices, with a particular focus on youth and women's organizations,
• protecting and supporting human rights defenders and their families,

The AI-BOOST consortium has announced a call for proposals for the development of generative AI solutions in the areas of autonomous robotics, industrial design and simulation, healthcare and autonomous driving safety. The aim of the call is to support the development of solutions from the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 2-3 to the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4-5.
The call includes four challenges:

The Stiftung Artenschutz has published a call for support for projects that contribute to the protection of endangered amphibian species. In the Volunteering category, an individual over 18 years of age may also be awarded, but the application must be submitted by an eligible organisation. Activities must have already been implemented and demonstrate the results achieved. Projects that are still in preparation or have not been implemented are not eligible.

SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The European Commission has launched a call under the Justice Programme (JUST) to support transnational projects that contribute to more effective access to justice in the EU. The total value of the call is 9.400.000,00 EUR, divided between two priority areas:
e-Justice 3.400.000,00 EUR and the rights of victims of crime and procedural rights
6.000.000,00 EUR.
The call supports projects that contribute to the digitalisation of justice, improving
cross-border judicial cooperation, more effectively enforcing the rights of victims of crime and strengthening the procedural rights of suspects and accused persons. Priority will be given to projects with clear European added value, practical results and the potential for transfer of good practices to other Member States.
Eligible activities include:
• development and implementation of solutions for the digitalisation of justice and cross-border electronic cooperation,
• capacity building, training and exchange of good practices,
• development of methodologies, standards, information and educational tools,
• cooperation between competent authorities, judicial institutions, NGOs and other stakeholders,
• awareness-raising and communication activities,
• research, analysis, data collection and policy development in the field of victims' rights and procedural rights.
CALL FOR: European Commission - Justice Programme (JUST)
CALL VALUE: 9.400.000,00 EUR
FUNDING AMOUNTS AND SHARES: For both priority areas, an individual project can apply for between 100.000,00 EUR and 800.000,00 EUR. The European Commission will finance up to 90% of eligible costs, while the remaining 10% must be provided by applicants from other sources.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: 15. 10. 2026
PROJECT DURATION: 12 to 24 months.
ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS:
Public or private legal entities from EU Member States (except Denmark) and from countries associated to the Justice programme may apply. The consortium must include at least two independent partners from two different eligible countries, with at least one of the partners being a public authority, a private non-profit organisation (NGO) or an international organisation. This means that non-governmental organisations are eligible applicants or partners in projects.

The call is open to legal entities governed by public and private law from beneficiary countries under the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme, with proven experience in the field covered by the call. Connect NEB in Co-create NEB 2027: Podpora skupnostnim pobudam ter preoblikovanju javnih prostorov po načelih novega evropskega Bauhausa
SUBJECT OF THE CALL:
The EIT Community New European Bauhaus has launched a call for projects that improve the quality of life of local communities and contribute to sustainable, inclusive and well-designed living environments.
The call includes two programmes:
• Connect NEB: Support for smaller initiatives led by a single organisation and directly linked to the local environment. Projects may include collaborative planning, living labs, testing new forms of collaboration and prototyping solutions that arise from community needs.
• Co-create NEB: Support for projects that, in collaboration between communities and public authorities, improve public spaces in neighbourhoods or develop research and methods to improve the built environment.
Both programmes must incorporate the three values of the New European Bauhaus: sustainability, quality of experience and design, and inclusion, accessibility and affordability.
Co-create NEB projects must be linked to at least one of the areas of mobility, food or climate. For example, the renovation of unused infrastructure, green transport links, accessible public spaces, local food systems, circular economy, climate resilience, building renovation and other solutions for improving neighbourhoods can be supported. Projects can last up to ten months, expected from February to November 2027.
CALLING BY: EIT Community New European Bauhaus
CALL VALUE: 566.100,00 EUR.
Support is planned for 17 projects: 8 Connect NEB projects, 9 Co-create NEB projects.
FUNDING AMOUNTS AND SHARES:
In the Connect NEB programme, each project receives 15.300,00 EUR of EIT funding. The total project budget must be 18.000,00 EUR so the applicant must provide an additional 2.700,00 EUR or 15% of co-financing. In the Co-create NEB programme, each project receives 49.300,00 EUR of EIT funding. The total project budget must be 58.000,00 EUR and the consortium must provide 8.700,00 EUR or 15% of the co-financing.

ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS:
Legal entities established in an EU Member State or a country associated to Horizon Europe may apply.
One legal entity shall apply for Connect NEB. Eligible entities include:
• local non-governmental and other non-profit organisations,
• small and medium-sized enterprises,
• research groups and institutions,
• organisations representing citizens,
• artists, designers and social innovators, when applying through a legal entity.
Consortia are not allowed for Connect NEB.
A consortium of two to four legal entities shall apply for Co-create NEB. At least two partners must be independent of each other, and at least one must be a city, region or a legal entity formally linked to a city or region. Partners may include municipalities, public institutions, NGOs, companies, universities, research institutions and other organisations with relevant experience.
A single legal entity may be the lead partner for only one application under both programmes.
