The 4th call for proposals of the Interreg Central Europe programme for co-financing capitalisation projects, i.e. operations that build on existing cooperation potentials in the programme area, has been launched.
Strategic capitalisation projects should build on existing results and achievements of Interreg programmes at transnational and cross-border level, with the aim of strengthening their territorial and policy impact in a wider area, also beyond the border regions. Projects should be built upon, improved or adapted – they should not be limited to simply combining or duplicating existing solutions. Projects can be submitted under all four priorities and specific objectives defined under each priority:

CALL TOPIC:
The purpose of the public call for tender area A in 2026: financial support for the autochthonous Slovenian national community abroad is to promote the activities of Slovenians living in neighboring countries and their integration with the Republic of Slovenia.
The objectives of the public call are:
• strengthening and preserving the national, linguistic and cultural identity of Slovenians abroad,
• mutual integration and integration of communities with the Republic of Slovenia and increasing the visibility of the activities of Slovenians abroad in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia,

FGYO has published a call for co-financing of international youth exchange and training programmes involving France and Germany and one of the eligible third countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

The 2nd public call for proposals for standard projects is published within the framework of the Interreg Slovenia-Hungary Programme.
The subject of this public call for proposals is the co-financing of projects that meet the following priorities and the corresponding specific objectives:
Priority 1: Green border region
Specific objective 1: Strengthening the protection and conservation of nature, biodiversity and green infrastructure, including in urban areas, and reducing all forms of pollution

Eva Crane Trust: Razpis za podporo raziskavam in projektom na področju čebelarstva in apiologije
CALL TOPIC:
The Eva Crane Trust supports micro-projects and research in the field of beekeeping and apiology. The fund is internationally oriented and covers all species of bees (not just honeybees).
The maximum amount per project for 2025 is 5.000,00 British pounds. Funding is intended primarily for smaller, original initiatives.
Co-financed by:
• scientific research (e.g. studies on bees, their environment, behavior),
• citizen science projects involving the public and beekeepers,
• organization of events (conferences, workshops), and

EIT Urban Mobility: Razpis za podporo strateškim inovacijam na področju urbane mobilnosti
CALL TOPIC:
The EIT Urban Mobility consortium has opened a new call for applications to support strategic innovations in urban mobility.
The call supports ambitious and market-oriented strategic projects in the field of promoting innovative solutions to urban mobility challenges with the participation of businesses, research and education (the so-called knowledge triangle) and a fourth partner: cities.
The call focuses on five areas: urban logistics, public transport, mobility data management, transport electrification and alternative fuels, and mobility and health.
60 million EUR is available in the period 2026-2028, which will be distributed within five application deadlines. The 1st deadline expired on 23 September 2025, the second deadline is 12 February 2026, and three more openings follow: June 2026, February 2027 and June 2027.

On 1 October, the EIT Urban Mobility consortium launched its fourth call for proposals aimed at boosting competitiveness and creating business opportunities for SMEs developing innovative solutions in the field of urban mobility.
The main focus of the call for proposals for SME market expansion is on deploying green, safe and inclusive solutions for the mobility of people and goods and on creating market opportunities. VRHealthChampions: Reševanje strateških izzivov na področju XR tehnologij v zdravstvu
CALL TOPIC:
The VRHealthChampions consortium, which aims to promote the use of XR technologies in healthcare, with a focus on less developed regions in Europe, has published a call for project co-financing.
The public call will select up to 14 small and medium-sized companies from Europe that are developing breakthrough solutions in the field of XR technologies (virtual/augmented reality) in healthcare. The emphasis is on cooperation with already operating flagship projects in solving specific strategic challenges defined in the text of the call.

Box Impact Fund: Call for applications to support non-profit organizations in digital transformation
CALL TOPIC:
The Box Impact Fund 2025 provides financial support to nonprofits around the world that want to increase the effectiveness of their projects and social impact by using digital solutions. A total of 150.000,00 US dollars will be distributed, with six selected organizations receiving 25.000,00 US dollars each.
The goal of the call is to enable digital transformation in three key areas:
• Child protection – e.g. digital tools for working with foster families, supporting young people transitioning out of foster care.
• Crisis response – using technology in humanitarian aid, crisis response, e.g. mapping areas or establishing mobile connectivity.
• Environmental protection – digital solutions for environmental monitoring, reducing paper consumption, analyzing environmental data, etc.
CALL FOR: BoxImpact Fund
CALL VALUE: 150.000,00 US dollars available, six selected organizations will receive 25.000,00 US dollars each.

ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS:
Non-profit organizations with legal status in their country, including those from Europe, are eligible to apply. Organizations outside the United States can use a maximum of 5.000,00 US dollars for the purchase of equipment (hardware or software).

CALL TOPIC:
The WIDERA consortium of the project for widening participation and strengthening the European Research Area REINFORCING (Responsible tEerritories and Institutions eNable and Foster Open Research and inClusive Innovation for traNsitions Governance) has announced the sixth of seven planned calls.
The sixth call is intended to support applicants with a proven track record of operating according to the principles of open and responsible research and innovation, and is thematically focused on the field of responsible innovation.

Razpis fundacije CTM za sofinanciranje raziskav bolezni Charcot-Marie-Tooth
CALL TOPIC:
The CTM Foundation has announced a call for co-financing of research projects aimed at developing drugs and therapies for Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease.
The most promising research leading to the development of therapies for all types of CMT is co-financed. The Foundation also establishes strategic partnerships within the academic, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and regulatory communities to accelerate progress in finding effective solutions. The average amount of funds approved ranges between 100.000,00 and 200.000,00 US dollars per year, depending on the level and scope of the research.
New proposals for co-funding are accepted four times a year, with the next four application deadlines being: December 17, 2025, February 18, 2026, May 20, 2026, and August 12, 2026.

HABRI: Razpis za sofinanciranje raziskovalnih projektov na temo vpliva domačih živali na zdravje ljudi
CALL TOPIC:
The Human Animal Bond Research Institute (HABRI) has announced an international call for co-financing of research projects on the impact of domestic animals on health – both humans and animals participating in research.
The aim of the call is to encourage scientifically based and innovative research that contributes to the understanding of the positive effects of domestic animals on human health and well-being. Submitted projects must be based on a solid theoretical basis and include innovative methodological approaches.
CALL FOR: Human Animal Bond Research Institute (HABRI)

Kultura premika Evropo: Razpis za individualno mobilnost umetnikov in kulturnih delavcev
CALL TOPIC:
On 1 October, the Goethe-Institut opened applications for the call for proposals under the Culture Moves Europe programme for individual mobility of artists and cultural professionals. The call concerns individual mobility and is intended for artists and cultural professionals from the following sectors: architecture, cultural heritage, design and fashion design, literature, music, performing arts and visual arts.
Two application deadlines are foreseen for 2025: 31 October and 30 November. The call will continue in 2026.

CALL TOPIC:
The United Nations Trust Fund to End Violence against Women is launching a call for proposals to provide grants – including institutional support and flexible funding – to civil society organizations working to prevent and eliminate violence against women and girls in developing countries that are on the DAC list of ODA beneficiaries, in particular those working with structurally marginalized groups.
The call seeks to strengthen the resilience and sustainability of civil society organizations in developing countries so that they can provide essential and essential services and actively engage in the prevention of violence against women in increasingly challenging circumstances.
Applications are invited for projects in the following areas: (1) improving access to services, (2) preventive measures through changing behavioral patterns and practices, and (3) improving the effectiveness of legal frameworks, policies and action plans.
