CALL TOPIC:
The SMART ERA consortium, which aims to stimulate the transformation of European rural areas through advanced technology and innovative solutions to address socio-economic and environmental challenges, has launched its first call for project co-financing.
In the first call, SMART ERA will select up to 11 technology solution providers to develop innovative solutions to the specific challenges of the six rural regions involved in the project.
Applicants must focus on one of the following challenges in their application:

The Council of Europe Youth Department invites European youth NGOs, networks and other non-governmental structures in the field of youth work, operating in accordance with the principles of the Council of Europe, to submit applications for activities to be carried out in cooperation with the European Youth Centres in Strasbourg and Budapest (study meetings, second semester 2026).
The study meetings are organised in cooperation with youth organisations and networks and the Council of Europe Youth Department, hosted by one of the European Youth Centres. The aim is to support youth events with international participation, lasting from 4 to 8 days, with the participation of members of youth organisations or youth networks and experts. The topics of the meetings should be linked to the priorities of the youth sector for the period 2024-2027.

CALL TOPIC:
The third call for co-financing of projects is published within the framework of the GO! 2025 Small Project Fund in support of the Nova Gorica - Gorica European Capital of Culture 2025 project.
As with previous calls, all of which support the activities of the European Capital of Culture, this time project proposals must also be focused on four specific thematic clusters. The first cluster refers to initiatives that contribute to a more active inclusion and participation of children and young people under 30 years of age, through project co-creation processes, with the aim of strengthening their competences, increasing their employability and encouraging structured cooperation with cultural, institutional and local stakeholders. Secondly, the call seeks projects for the valorisation of green spaces and water environments, such as rivers, lakes, streams, lagoons and coastal areas, through socio-cultural, artistic and environmental awareness-raising initiatives; the third thematic cluster focuses on the development of cross-border content for the purposes of valorisation of public interest infrastructures that already exist in the programme area. The fourth theme, as in the previous call, concerns the promotion of well-being and social cohesion through sport and recreation, accessible to all.

Norveška fundacija MFMC sprejema prijave za sofinanciranje komunikacijskih projektov na področju zmanjševanja emisij
CALL TOPIC:
The next application deadline for the Norwegian Foundation MFMC call for co-financing communication projects that contribute to reducing anthropogenic climate change has been announced. Applications are being accepted in this round until October 15, 2025.
They support communication projects with a high potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, namely by influencing public opinion and increasing support for necessary changes by policymakers. This time, they are collecting applications for co-financing smaller projects worth up to 10,000 euros.
There are no geographical restrictions, but they support new projects and do not provide additional funding for ongoing projects. They also do not support projects that have an impact only on the local environment, or projects that are primarily focused on informing the general public.

The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation informs that the European Biodiversa+ Partnership has published the fifth joint public transnational call BiodivConnect, which is also open to Slovenian applicants.
The subject of the fifth joint public transnational call BiodivConnect is the co-financing of transnational research and innovation projects in the field of biodiversity, in particular, it is a transnational research call to support inter- and transdisciplinary research on the restoration of ecosystem functioning, integrity and connectivity, in line with European and global biodiversity strategies.
Projects may focus on one or more of the following topics:
• setting restoration objectives and measuring success,
• increasing the scale and transferability of nature restoration efforts,
• long-term sustainability of restoration efforts.

Two innovative projects will be supported, which will implement the following activities in European countries:
• establishing a collaborative process with young Europeans and influencers,
• producing content for young people on the risks posed by false or misleading information,
• designing and implementing a multinational and inclusive media literacy campaign,

RIZA: Sofinanciranje projektov za spodbujanje pravic ter vključevanja migrantk in begunskih žensk
CALL TOPIC:
The RIZA: Building European Democracy with Women of Migrant Descent consortium has announced its first call for co-financing projects, within which thirty-three projects in the field of promoting the rights and inclusion of migrant women will be supported.
This is the first of three calls (to be followed in 2026 and 2027), which is regionally focused on the Nordic and Baltic countries (Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), but co-financing is open to organizations established in any EU member state.
Priorities of the call:
• Support and strengthening the capacities of migrant and refugee women,
• Advocacy for the fundamental rights of migrant and refugee women,
• Promoting the role of migrant and refugee women in democratic dialogue, social cohesion and intercultural solidarity.

Razpis ILGA-Europe za sodelovanje LGBTI organizacij iz Evrope in Srednje Azije v novem programu »The Democracy Lab«
CALL TOPIC:
ILGA-Europe has launched a call for participation in a new programme, The Democracy Lab, which aims to strengthen the role of LGBTI organisations in protecting and promoting democracy.
The programme combines financial support (up to €50,000 over two years), a learning community, strategic planning and networking with other organisations within the movement. The programme aims to integrate LGBTI organisations into wider democratic processes and connect with other civil society actors. Selected partners will become part of a group of eight organisations from Europe and Central Asia, which will jointly develop approaches and share knowledge.

The promotion of handicraft products and support of craftsmen

CALL TOPIC:
The European Commission's Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport has launched a call for co-financing of one consortium or intermediary organisation that will provide support services for artisans and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in tourism involved in the production of handicraft products.
The consortium will implement three thematic blocks with the aim of promoting entrepreneurial and tourism opportunities in the field of handicrafts in Europe:
• Direct support to artisans
• Establishment of mechanisms for cooperation and knowledge exchange
• Promotion of tourism in regions with developed handicraft activity
CALLING OFFERED BY: European Commission, Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport
CALL VALUE: One project worth 970.000,00 EUR will be supported. Up to 90% of eligible costs will be co-financed (or up to 100% for costs incurred within the framework of direct financial support to third parties).
APPLICATION DEADLINE: 30. 9. 2025
PROJECT DURATION: From 18 to 24 months.
ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS:
Public and private legal entities from EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories) can apply for the call.
The consortium must consist of at least 6 applicants from at least 3 different countries, of which at least two must be business support organisations, at least two must be tourism destination management organisations and at least one must be an educational or research organisation.
